Established in Cadiz in 2002, SVS architects develops works of architecture, interior design, rehabilitation and urban planning, for private developers and for public administrations, paying attention to details as well as to the urban scale, seeking not only the architectural richness, but also the development of the urban space.

We understand the architectural process as a balance between form, function and economic and constructive rationality. Architecture must be born as a response to particular conditions and its own unique environment. Therefore, we work hand in hand with the client, in order to obtain a project tailored to their needs.

Our team is completed with a varied group of regular collaborators including technical architects, structural and installation engineering, geotechnical and quality control laboratories, technical and legal advisors, and companies and professionals from different branches of the construction industry.
